Attire: Dress it up its your night out! But wear something you can dance in like leggings and sexy top and add on the lipstick! Shoes: Twerk Session portion can be done bare foot or sneakers. VSF chair dance can be done in heels, but heels are not required to participate, can use flats or sneakers:)
